The High Court had allowed Sisodia to go home and meet his wife between 10 am and 5 pm on Saturday.

The Delhi High Court will pronounce its verdict on Manish Sisodia’s bail in the ED case today. Sisodia had filed a bail application on the basis of medical condition citing the health of his wife Seema. On which the bench of Justice Dinesh Sharma had reserved the decision. The court has also called for the latest medical report of Seema Sisodia.

During the special hearing held on Saturday, the ED opposed Sisodia’s bail and said that Sisodia is not the sole caretaker of his wife. Hussain gave Seema Sisodia’s medical report to the court, on the basis of which he claimed that her previous and latest prescription were the same, there was no significant change in her health.

Wife reached hospital before Sisodia reached home

Sisodia could not meet his ailing wife even after getting bail. He reached home on Saturday morning to meet wife Seema Sisodia. However, before his arrival, his wife’s health worsened, after which she was admitted to the hospital.

The court did not give him permission to go to the hospital. Because of this, despite getting bail, Sisodia could not meet his wife and returned to Tihar Jail after 7 hours. Read the full news here…

rouse avenue court extended custody till july 6
Manish Sisodia’s judicial custody has been extended till July 6 in the liquor policy case. The Rouse Avenue Court has asked the CBI to submit copies of all documents including the charge sheet and supplementary charge sheet filed against Sisodia. The former Deputy CM of Delhi was produced through video conferencing.
