A Delta Airlines first class passenger was arrested for forcing herself on a male flight attendant and kissing his neck, new york post informed of. The passenger has been identified as 61-year-old David Allen Burke, who was traveling from Minnesota to Alaska to settle the estate of his deceased friend.

As a first class passenger on a Delta Airlines flight, Mr Burke was entitled to drinks before take off from Minneapolis. However, a crew member told them they were “out of time” to serve red wine. After takeoff, the flight attendant, identified as TC, served him a glass of red wine. Later when he returned to collect the plate of food from him, Mr. Burke extends hand to shake hand with TC an affidavit.

After 10 minutes, Mr. Burke got up to use the toilet and stayed in the galley where TC was.

She told the male flight attendant she was ‘so beautiful’ before asking for a kiss. The attendant replied, “No, thanks,” to which Burke then said, “Okay, well on the neck then” and then grabbed her and planted a smooch on her neck, which made her extremely “uncomfortable.” ”

“TC never gave oral consent or implied consent to allow Burke to touch or kiss TC, or to make him think it was okay to do so,” Says the affidavit.

Due to the situation, the flight attendant had to move to the back of the plane for the remaining six hours of the flight. Later, he was informed by a different flight attendant that the passenger had damaged the tray that contained food for the captain.

He later asked for two more glasses of red wine and “wasted” before falling asleep, according to the affidavit.

When the plane landed in Anchorage, Mr. Burke was taken into custody by airport police. On questioning, he refused to use the toilet, broke plates and planted unwanted kisses. However, he admitted to drinking ‘a lot’ before the flight.

The unruly passenger denied having three glasses of red wine, saying he had only drunk the first wine TC had given him and that he had slept the rest of the flight.

The passenger was eventually charged with interfering with flight crew members and making a false statement before being released on his own recognizance. He has to return to the court on 27 April.
