Thane: Vartak Nagar police have registered a case against an unidentified woman for allegedly giving Rs 23 lakh collectively to a Thane-based doctor and his brother on the pretext of providing them job opportunities at key positions in various government organisations.
“The accused and the victim are learned to have met several times over the issue, wherein the proposal of finding a suitable job for her brother was also discussed, to which the woman agreed. The accused allegedly sexually assaulted the victim. Sent some emails to , so that he could try for his brother.” After which he demanded some money,” said the police.
