Former NBCUniversal executive Joe Benaroche will join Twitter on Monday in a role focused on business operations, he told Reuters.

“Welcome to the flock, @benarroch_joe! From one bird to another,” tweeted incoming Twitter chief executive Linda Yacarino, who was appointed in May. He did not mention Benrock’s position.
At Comcast Corp’s NBCUniversal, Benarroch oversaw communications strategy for its advertising and partnerships division, reporting to Yaccarino, who was advertising chief before joining Twitter.
