A fire broke out on Thursday morning at the Indira Gandhi Medical College and Hospital (IGMC) in Shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh. The fire broke out due to a blast in a gas cylinder in the canteen. The explosion of the cylinder caused a loud explosion and the spark caught fire. On hearing the sound of the explosion, there was a stampede among the patients and the attendants.
