Laid down, called back, now fired.

I was dropped from Twitter in early November and was told I would receive 3 months pay as severance. I was called back soon after that because they felt I was “significant talent” and I was asked to do documentation and provide “code samples”. Last night, I was abruptly fired for no reason and offered 4 weeks of severance to sign a release of claim agreement. Any employment lawyers, please DM me if you can help. I am on H1B and I only have 60 days to find a new job during the holidays.

However, the troubles of Twitter employees are not over yet. Elon Musk’s Twitter has fired more employees this week—the day before Thanksgiving.
