Police said that the woman had gone to the court to hear a matter related to a financial dispute. At the same time, further investigation is being done in the matter.

After the incident, a petition was filed in the Delhi High Court for the protection of lawyers. The petitioners had said that they had raised concerns about their own safety. He had said that the Advocates Protection Act should be passed in Delhi. If this is not done then crimes against lawyers will increase.
