Firing took place in Delhi’s Saket Court on Friday, in which a woman was injured. A man disguised as a lawyer came and fired 4 rounds. The woman has been admitted to AIIMS soon after the incident.
Police said that the woman had gone to the court to hear a matter related to a financial dispute. At the same time, further investigation is being done in the matter.
As soon as the information about the incident was received, the crime team and the forensic team reached the court, the matter is being investigated.
A few days ago a lawyer was murdered in the court.
A few days ago, such an incident came to light in Dwarka, South-West Delhi. A lawyer was shot dead by two bike-borne men. In this incident too, the attackers were disguised as lawyers.
After the incident, a petition was filed in the Delhi High Court for the protection of lawyers. The petitioners had said that they had raised concerns about their own safety. He had said that the Advocates Protection Act should be passed in Delhi. If this is not done then crimes against lawyers will increase.
Last year gangster Jitendra Gogi was fired in the court
Such incidents have increased in the courts of the capital. Last year i.e. on 24 September 2022, two people disguised as lawyers had fired several bullets at gangster Jitendra Man Gogi inside the court in Rohini. Although the police retaliated, in which both the attackers died on the spot.
