the wait is over! The makers of the project finally unveiled the first look of the Nag Ashwin directorial at the San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) event. The official title of the project starring Prabhas, Kamal Haasan, Amitabh Bachchan and Deepika Padukone was also announced. The film has now been titled Kalki 2898AD. The first look, which was unveiled by Prabhas and Kamal Haasan himself, showcased a captivating mix of Indian mythology and science fiction.

The glimpse was released at an event titled ‘This is Project K: First Glimpses of India’s Mytho-Sci-Fi Epic’. The video, which runs for 1 minute and 15 seconds, begins with a powerful statement: “When darkness takes over the world, a force will arise. The end begins now.” This sets the stage for a war-torn future world where violence is rife, and people suffer. While Prabhas’ character is portrayed as a brave warrior, who will go ahead and save the world. Rakshak Banega, Deepika Padukone’s character has been introduced as an army recruit. As soon as the glimpse was released, fans flooded Twitter with excitement, sharing their enthusiastic reviews and thoughts about the teaser.
