RJD supremo Lalu Yadav’s troubles may increase once again in the fodder scam. In fact, the CBI once again reached the Jharkhand High Court to increase the sentence of Lalu Yadav in the fodder scam case related to illegal withdrawal from the Deoghar treasury, where the matter was heard on Monday. During this, there was a demand from CBI to give time in this matter. Now after three weeks, the matter will be heard. On behalf of Lalu Yadav, advocate Devarshi Mandal presented his side.

Demand for 7 years imprisonment
In the petition filed by the CBI in the Jharkhand High Court, it has been said that Lalu Yadav has got less punishment than the trial court in the Deoghar fodder scam case. Therefore, their punishment should be increased to seven years.

CBI’s petition calls Lalu a conspirator
The CBI has further said in its petition that Lalu Yadav has been involved in the conspirators. The trial court had sentenced Jagdish Sharma to seven years in the same case. In such a situation, Lalu Yadav should also be given the same punishment. Lalu Yadav got only three and a half years in this case.
