Gigabyte announces new technology on Intel platform: Improves performance, power consumption and cooling – Times of India

Popular Hardware Manufacturers gigabyte new announcement perfdrive for technology intel 700 series platform. This new technology integrates several distinctive gigabyte bios Settings that allow users to easily strike a balance between different levels of performance, power consumption and heating depending on their needs. Here are some more details about the new Gigabyte technology:
gigabyte perfdrive Technology: Compatibility
Gigabyte’s new PerfDrive technology will only work with 13th Generation Intel Core processors, including the i9-13900K CPU. In addition to the previously released Instant 6GHz, Gigabyte’s latest technology also integrates newly developed BIOS settings of “Optimization and Spec Enhance”. PerfDrive also integrates with existing gcc ,gigabyte control centersoftware platform and gigabyte ultra durable Design to bring the Intel 700 series platform with compatible motherboards in hardware, software and firmware.
Gigabyte Z790 motherboard improved performance
The Gigabyte Z790 motherboard’s advanced hardware design for power management, thermals and stability helps it break the all-core overclocking world record on Cinebench R23. It also makes hardware important ddr Overclocking performance with the DDR5 9300. Now, with Gigabyte’s new PerfDrive technology, users can access the optimal performance of the Z790 platform and benefit from easier tuning for the 13th Generation Intel CPUs on the B760 platform. PerfDrive technology is based on optimized HW design with some specific Gigabyte BIOS setting which helps users to get into Gigabyte UEFI BIOS with an intuitive graphical interface.
What are ‘Instant 6GHz’, ‘Optimization’ Mode, “Spec Enhance Mode” and e-Core Disable Mode
Instant 6GHz is a service that allows users to run Intel CPUs at more than 6GHz by activating the relevant BIOS settings. The new PerfDrive technology on the Z790 platform also integrates multiple BIOS settings.

Meanwhile, the ‘Optimization’ mode allows the Intel processor to successfully complete the burning test with 360 water cooling. On the other hand, the Spec Enhance mode allows the Intel platform to strike a balance between high performance and low temperatures.
In addition, the E-Core Disable Mode allocates CPU resources to the P-Core specifically to boost its overclocking and gaming performance. This mode also reduces the overall power consumption of the processor.
