God of War Ragnarok to release on November 9, special edition revealed

God of War Ragnarok’s release date has been set for November 9. Sony shared a cinematic trailer for the game on Wednesday, confirming that it will be available on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. Fans of the franchise will be able to pre-order it from July. 15 a.m. to 10 a.m. EST (7:30 a.m. IST). Four versions of God of War Ragnarok have also come out with pre-order bonuses. Notably, none of these bundles include a physical copy of the game, which has been replaced with seemingly empty Steelbook cases.

God of War Ragnarok – Standard Edition / Launch Edition

Sony God of War Ragnarok released Announcement The November 9 release date was confirmed on Wednesday. The Standard Edition will give players access to the full game. Pre-orders will begin on July 15 and will give players a Launch Edition bonus. They will receive two in-game cosmetic items – Kratos Risen Snow Armor and Atreus Risen Snow Tunic.

God of War Ragnarok – Digital Deluxe Edition

The Digital Deluxe Edition includes bonus in-game content that will be unlocked as players progress in the story. This special edition includes:

God of War Ragnarok – Collector’s Edition

The Collector’s Edition is a physical bundle that comes boxed in a mini replica of the Knowledge Keepers Shrine God of War (2018), The temple depicts the story of a giant sorceress named Groa, who was the first to see Ragnarok. This version includes all the bonuses offered in the Digital Deluxe Edition along with the following:

God of War Ragnarok – Jotnar Edition

Jotnar Edition is a premium version of the game that includes almost all the offerings of the Digital Deluxe Edition and Collector’s Edition. It also comes in a mini replica of the Knowledge Keepers Shrine.
