GoFirst now cancels all scheduled flights till June 4 – Times of India

New Delhi: Time of crisis go first airlines informed on Tuesday that its scheduled flight operations would remain canceled till June 4, adding that full refunds would be issued to passengers. Earlier flight operations were suspended till May 30.
The airline operator recently filed for voluntary bankruptcy.
Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) advised last week go first Airlines will have to submit a comprehensive restructuring plan for sustainable revival of operations.
A senior DGCA official had earlier said that GoFirst has submitted its response to the show cause notice issued on May 8, requesting them to prepare a comprehensive restructuring plan for restarting operations and submit. may be permitted to utilize the moratorium period for Same to DGCA for requisite regulatory approvals before resuming operations.
Accordingly, DGCA advised the airline to submit a comprehensive restructuring/revival plan for sustainable revival of operations within a period of 30 days. The revival plan once submitted by GoFirst will be reviewed by the DGCA for further appropriate action in the matter.
