Rajkot: Two people were booked for allegedly threatening to bump off Gondal Taluka Congress vice-president Dinesh Patar on Saturday.
Patar lodged a complaint naming Digpalsinh Jadeja and Ghanshyam Patel who were booked for criminal intimidation and sections of the IT Act.
Patar, a lawyer by profession, told Gondal City police in his complaint that he had written a post on Facebok about the assault on Taluka Congress president Ashish Kunjadiya on Jan 14.After a few minutes, Jadeja and Patel commented with abusive words on the post and threatened to kill Patar.
On Jan 14, Patar got several calls from Jadeja who allegedly threatened to eliminate him.
