Government-owned cooperatives reduce tomato prices by Rs 10 to Rs 80/kg – Times of India

New Delhi: The Center on Sunday reduced the price of tomatoes sold by state-owned cooperative societies – NCCF and Nafed – to Rs 80 per kg, as against Rs 90 earlier. The sale of kitchen items at subsidized rates has brought down prices by Rs 30-35 per kg in wholesale and retail markets in Delhi and NCR.
