Minister Rajendra Singh Gudha, who was the trouble shooter of the Congress government, has come into the role of trouble maker in the election year. By hoisting the ‘Red Diary’ in the Vidhansabha, Gudha has tried to please the youth voters and help many sections of the society. Rajendra Singh Gudha said in a conversation with Bhaskar that the villain of the Ajmer sex scandal is in the Gehlot government, his narco test should be done.
Regarding Pilot, Gudha said – Pilot sahab kept fighting with BJP for five years and when Congress government was formed, Congress also accepted him as opposition. Now a man’s capacity is, how many years he fought. He has been fighting for 10 years. I never even expect him to help me or speak up for me.
Gudha demanded to impose FR or arrest him in the ongoing case against him and said – a case was filed against me. I say either file an FR in that case, or if you don’t, arrest me and send me to jail.
There was so much ruckus on Lal Diary, what is there in it?
Gudha: These red diaries were brought at the time when there was an income tax raid on Dharmendra Rathore, close to the CM. I cannot say the words that the Chief Minister had said that day. Gehlot became so emotional at that time, he said that he should bring the red diary by any means. There were at least 150 CRPF personnel during the raid, in that case we brought the diary from the apartment.
Lathicharge also took place in the assembly, we were on the 9th floor and we took out that diary. Some part of it was burnt, some was saved and some was snatched by the ministers and legislators in the assembly. Gudha said that now I will work hard day and night after getting on the field. Only then will you get success. Said- There is an account of each and every transaction in the red diary.
Shanti Dhariwal is saying that you have conspired with the BJP, how can anyone bring a diary among 150-200 jawans?
Gudha: The news was also published on the day the raid took place. Dheeraj Gurjar and Ramlal Jat were also with me. There was lathi charge, is that matter hidden from anyone? Don’t know which flour Dhariwalji eats?
When 10-10, five-year-old girls are raped in the state, they say that Rajasthan is the state of men, that’s why it is happening. He is such a man. Shows his masculinity to a 10 year old girl, to women, what to say about such a man?

You were with CM Gehlot, you brought the diary and worked as a trouble shooter, then why did you become a trouble-maker for Gehlot?
Gudha: I did not lack in supporting Gehlot, but what happened to me in return. I was even made to file a false case of kidnapping. A poor woman came to me asking for help, a man was not giving her money, 10 days were left for her daughters marriage. That woman was about to commit suicide, I had given her 3 lakh 84 thousand rupees from my pocket and got the girls married. In that, Mr. Gehlot got a case of kidnapping and assault filed. Why planted? I was not working for them. Whatever things were coming, showing fear of trial, jail, showing other things, they were doing whatever they could. Now in the last he dismissed. What have I done?
What will be your next political step, will you form or find a new party?
Gudha: The people because of whom I am in politics, the people who have brought me here, I will go among them and ask them what to do next? I will do whatever people say. Whoever I meet, people start speculating. Owaisi had met Saheb last days, so people started discussions. Mr. Owaisi is an educated leader, a good parliamentarian.
In conversation with Bhaskar, Gudha targeted several Congress leaders.
You were about to reveal the red diary, but did not do it or could not do it. Still haven’t got an answer to this. You have not even opened the original diary and shown it to us. People want to know, want to see whether the diary is real or just photocopies with red binding on the pages?
Gudha: All the things were with the facts, I was keeping in the house. Was keeping it in front of you too. If I had got a chance to table the diary in the Vidhansabha, I would have told what each leader got. Through whom did you get it? In one number only a small amount was given by cheque. Everything was there, every single thing, the details of the transaction. When he felt that all the things were coming out, then only he snatched the diary. About whom he (Dharmendra Rathore) had written. A thief never likes the light.
A thief likes the dark. Rajasthan today came number one in rape of women. I say with a claim, get our narco test done. People jailed in rape cases are nothing, our cabinet colleagues will be found out. Get our ministers narco test done, those who are in jail in rape cases will fall short. If there is a degree in the case of rape, then there will be PhD holders here, the names will come number one two, three. People who have scored a century in rape are sitting as ministers, we are ashamed.
This is a very serious allegation. What proof do you have? Have you come to know this thing now or did you know it earlier?
Gudha: The biggest miscreants are sitting inside the Council of Ministers. A film is being made in the Ajmer case, why did the Chief Minister go? Why did Gehlot go to meet the SP by breaking his protocol while being a minister of the Center inside Ajmer? The villains of that film are sitting with us. Everyone has names.
The film has been released, on whom is the entire film, it is on our leaders only. What did they do with the women, what did they not do after taking the girls from the college? The biggest miscreants are inside the Council of Ministers. If my words turn out to be false, I will leave politics for life. Shocking facts will come that corruption, misdeeds will all be revealed.
When Gudha was thrown out of the assembly, he came out and showed this red diary to the media.
There is also a discussion in political circles that till now Sachin Pilot has not given any statement in your support?
Gudha: Be it Pilot, be it Gehlot, be it Delhi, Rajendra Gudha does politics on his own right from the beginning. I am 100% ready for this. I was a minister two days ago, now that post is no more, still I am sitting in front of you. A case was filed against me. I say either file an FR in that case, or if you don’t, arrest me and send me to jail.
What would you say on the silence of Sachin Pilot?
Gudha: Pilot sahib kept fighting with BJP for five years and when Congress government was formed, Congress also accepted him as opposition. So kept fighting with them. Now the capacity of a man is how many years he fought. He has been fighting for 10 years. First he fought with Vasundhara Sarkar. Fight with the present government. I never expect them to help me or speak up for me in this matter. Doesn’t expect anything from anyone else just because I don’t need it.
I do politics through my people. For me, it is my people, my sisters and daughters who sent me inside the Vidhansabha, I will live up to their trust. I am not a big leader and I don’t have a big aspiration either. Should I talk about Delhi, should I talk about here, should I talk about Rahul ji.
Earlier these people used to give rasgullas from their hands to their mouth, today they have thrown them out. Rahul Gandhi was thrown out of Parliament by being disqualified, it was discussed in the whole country, Congress protested. I have been treated very badly by Rahul Gandhi, not the way he treated me.
A section of Congress leaders is accusing AAP of breach of trust regarding Lal Diary. As long as you were close to the CM, you kept the red diary under control and now when the relationship deteriorated, then you started talking about revealing the secret?
Gudha: I did not break the trust, I supported Mr. Gehlot at every step. Twice I and my colleagues got Gehlot Saheb’s government formed. When I came to Congress from BSP, I was the leader of the Legislature Party, I only helped. I need not tell you how he has treated someone who has twice helped to maintain the government.
Has he broken the trust or have I broken it? I had just stood up to speak about the honor of my sisters and daughters of the state. It is a fact that Rajasthan has become number one in rape cases, Manipur’s incident is also a very heinous incident, it is less to be condemned. I got up in the assembly and said the same thing within 15-20 seconds that we should look into our own backyard also, for that I was sacked.

When I talked about the honor of mother, sister and daughters, I was dismissed without giving me a chance to be heard. Hey, even before hanging the murderer, his side is heard, I am the elected representative of the public, I was thrown out without listening. The second time when I wanted to present the exploits recorded in the Red Diary in the House, I was thrown out of that too. Now you tell me, who broke the trust.
State in-charge of Congress Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa is saying that you should have kept the matter in front of him, if he did not listen then Congress would have come in front of the war room and said, diverted an issue like Manipur directly in the assembly?
Gudha: Why do you make me open my mouth now? Randhawa sahab, had come as in-charge at that time and now compare by looking at his face. The pinkness of his face has increased. The pinkness of the faces doesn’t increase just like that, the one who gets moldy in this system, his face becomes pink. Ajay Maken was also in charge, but he did not join the system here, so pinkness did not come on his face, it came on Randhawa Saheb. The whole secret is hidden in this pinkness. Had there been a hearing, the matter would not have reached here.
You raised the issue of red diary and rape of women, BJP is seeing its direct benefit. BJP leaders from Jaipur to Delhi are besieging the Congress by tweeting your statements. Minister Shanti Dhariwal has openly accused of being involved in BJP’s conspiracy?
Gudha: Those who are making allegations against me should also know the ground reality. Every time I fight with BJP and defeat it and reach the assembly, now you tell me who will meet my biggest opponent? I talked about the respect of sisters and daughters, if this is a crime, then I will commit this crime again and again. I do politics by hitting, I don’t do politics by playing hide and seek. My stand has been clear. Those making allegations have done the politics of collusion, not me.
What can be expected from the minister who hurts the respect of sisters and daughters by telling that the increase in rape cases is the state of men? For me, the respect of my people and my state’s sisters and daughters is more important, for that I will even put my life at stake. Now I can say this much, there will be no alliance with Ashok Gehlot, now my mind is dead. I can say this much, I have never been able to learn the politics of something inside and something outside. The public is the mother and father, they will decide.
