Gujarat government’s three-day ‘Chintan Shivir’ begins at Statue of Unity. Ahmedabad News – Times of India

Ahmedabad: Chief Minister of Gujarat Bhupendra Patel Inaugurating the tenth ‘Chintan Shivir’ of the state government at the Statue of Unity, Ektanagar said that the Chintan Shivir organized with the aim of ‘not me, everything’ will prove to be effective in bringing a big change in the governance system.
The CM said that the concepts of Chintan Shibir may be different but the result remains the same and accurate as in the case of mathematics, in which the answer to sum is the same. The only aim behind this Chintan Shivir is to fulfill the spirit of Sauna Saath Sauna Vikas.
Patel further said, “Commitment to development, value for the betterment of the common man is inherent in every individual. Such debates and discussions that take place during Chintan Shibir serve to bring out the best.”
He remarked that it is also necessary to express views freely and without hesitation during such discussions, otherwise the schemes, development works for the respective areas cannot be implemented properly.
The Chief Minister said that Gujarat is leading on most parameters of development and is at the forefront in every field. He asked the officers to ensure that not a single person is deprived of the benefits.
Describing the Saurashtra Tamil Sangam and the Madhavpur Ghed Mela as excellent examples of inter-state exchanges, Patel said such arrangements have led to the development of cultural affairs and trade relations between Gujarat and other states.
Speaking on the occasion, Finance Minister Kanu Desai said that the development journey of Gujarat is moving forward under the leadership of Patel. The then Chief Minister and now Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during his tenure as Chief Minister of Gujarat, had set up a platform called Chintan Shibir to promote the government’s vision and mission with serving officials and the elected wing at each stage. administration, which today has spread not only in Gujarat, but nationally and in many other states.
