Actor Harman Baweja made his debut in the 2008 Bollywood film Love Story 2050.

Harman Baweja has recently made a comeback with Hansal Mehta’s web series Scoop. His performance has been earning rave reviews from fans and critics. Harman, whose last film was What’s Your Zodiac, took a long sabbatical from acting. Not only this, he was often compared to Hrithik Roshan. Now in a new video, he pokes fun at his critics who called him a Hrithik Roshan lookalike while talking about the scoop.

In the video, Harman is seen sitting at his office desk, where he is saying, ‘Oh God! Please! Let me silence my Hrithik. I mean the critics. I thought I knew what the future would hold but I was wrong. But, I was not alone.

He then shows a framed news report titled ‘Harman Be-Waza’, the actor says, “Even they were wrong. Main Baweja Hoon Be-Waza Nahi.” Showing another article with the headline ‘The future doesn’t see Roshan for him’, he sarcastically says, “You know what I say to my haters, the critic Roshans. I am thinking of starting my second innings in acting. no no no no. I am not talking about the sequel of Victory. I’m talking about the scoop. Scoop on Netflix! Wow wow!”

He also read some reviews where the audience did not recognize him as Harman but appreciated the role he played. In the scoop Harman is playing the role of JCP Harshvardhan Shroff.

Actor Harman Baweja made his debut in 2008 with the Bollywood film Love Story 2050, but decided to quit the industry after the disappointment of his 2014 film Dishkiyaoon. Earlier in an interview with Mid-Day, she admitted that her career didn’t go as per plan, due to which she had to quit the job. He said, “Today the same family which avoided reading the newspaper is now waiting for the next article on me.”

The actor has finally found success with Hansal Mehta’s new Netflix series Scoop. The series is based on the real-life story featured in journalist Jigna Vora’s book Behind the Bars in Byculla: My Days in Prison. In the series, Karishma Tanna plays the character of an aspiring crime journalist who is accused of murder.
