HC forms panel to implement allowances of judicial officers – Rajasthan High Court | Jaipur News – Times of India

Jaipur: Rajasthan High Court has formed a five-member committee for implementation of the recommendations of Second National Judicial Pay Commission (SNJPC) on various allowances and pension benefits, including salary, for serving and retired judicial officers of subordinate courts as per a direction of Supreme Court of India to all the high courts about a week ago.
An order issued by the HC on Wednesday said that pursuant to the SC’s directions in its order on a writ petition on January 4, the acting Chief Justice MM Shrivastava has constituted a “committee for service conditions of the district judiciary (CSCDJ)”. The committee, according to the order, comprises Justice Pankaj Bhandari as chairman, Justice Inderjeet Singh as member, the principal secretary (law and legal affairs) department, registrar general (ex-officio secretary), and Dr Padam Kumar Jain, retired judicial officer.
