The Delhi High Court has reserved its decision on the bail plea of ​​Manish Sisodia in the CBI case related to the liquor policy case. Sisodia had sought regular bail from the court in the CBI case. Also, citing the ill health of the wife, filed a petition seeking interim bail. That’s why the court directed the jail authorities to get the former deputy CM to talk to his wife through video conferencing at an interval of one day between 3 pm and 4 pm, as per the manual.

Hearing on ED’s charge sheet against Sisodia on May 19
The hearing on the fifth charge sheet filed by the ED against Manish Sisodia in the Delhi Liquor Policy Case on Wednesday was postponed. Now the Rouse Avenue Court will hear the case on May 19. ED arrested 12 people
ED is probing money laundering in this case. The agency had arrested the former Delhi Deputy CM from Tihar Jail on March 9. Since then he is in the agency’s custody. On May 8, the court extended his custody till May 23 in the ED case. On the other hand, the agency has so far arrested 11 other people in the case.
