Home loans worth a total of ₹425 crore were reportedly approved in the last two days at the three-day home loan mela organized by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI), Chennai chapter.
According to a press release, 823 customers visited the home loan fair, which will conclude on Sunday at Vijaya Mahal, T. Nagar. It is being organized as part of preparations for the annual mega property expo FAIRPRO 2023, which will take place from February 17 to 19 at the Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam. Five banks- State Bank of India, Indian Bank, LIC Housing Finance Limited, HDFC Bank and Canara Bank participated in this year’s loan fair.
According to a release, Suresh Krishna, President, CREDAI Tamil Nadu, along with S.K. Inaugurated the home loan fair in the presence of Sivagurunathan and P. Kruthivas, Convener of Fairpro 2023.
