Illegally married to Indian, Pak woman deported | Chandigarh News – Times of India

Amritsar: A 19-year-old Pakistani woman, Iqra Biography fell in love with an Indian boy, Soft Singh, playing Ludo online, came to India via Kathmandu to marry her and even decided to stay in Bengaluru illegally.
Her love story remained incomplete as the police traced her and sent her back to Pakistan through the Attari land border on Sunday.
Sources said that Iqra married Mulayam Singh (26), a resident of Uttar Pradesh, who was living in Bengaluru for the past several years.
Sources said, “Iqra had problems in obtaining a visa, so she was advised, possibly by Mulayam, to first go to Nepal and then illegally enter India through the Sanoli border.”
On 19 September, Iqra landed at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, where she was received by Mulayam.
The two married in Kathmandu and stayed there for about a week before entering India through the Sanoli border and moving to Bengaluru where Iqra started living under a fake Hindu name Rava, sources said.
Mulayam’s neighbors became suspicious when they saw a Hindu girl offering namaz in their house and informed the police, who raided Mulayam’s house and recovered Iqra and her Pakistani passport.
Iqra was arrested by the Bengaluru police and brought to Amritsar for repatriation to Pakistan through the Attari land border.
