The final of the World Test Championship is being played between India and Australia. Australia has strengthened its grip on the second day of the Test being played at the Oval in London. By the end of the second day’s play, India have scored 151 runs in their first innings losing five wickets. To save the follow-on, India has to score 269 runs i.e. 118 more runs. At present, Ajinkya Rahane is unbeaten on 29 runs and Shrikar Bharat is unbeaten on five runs.

Australia had scored 469 runs in their first innings. That is, the Indian team is still 318 runs behind its score. Now there are expectations from Rahane and Bharat only. On Thursday, Australia scored 142 runs and lost seven wickets, while India scored 151 runs and lost five wickets. A total of 293 runs were scored on Thursday and 12 wickets fell.
