‘It’s on some people’s minds’, says Vidyut Jammwal about language debate in India – Times of India

Vidyut Jammwal recently weighed in on the language battle that is currently taking place in the industry. According to him, he does not see it and it is only in the minds of some people.

Spilling some more beans on the same, Vidyut said that he started his career in the South. He had reached there long time back. According to him, he does not see any language fight in the country. It’s just on the minds of some people, the actor told IndiaToday.in.

Vidyut further elaborated that his father was in the army and he traveled the country with him. He revealed that there is Bihar regiment in Punjab and Tamil Nadu army in Kolkata. So there is no division and it is just in the mind of some people. According to him, he doesn’t see any difference at all.

On the work front, Vidyut is awaiting the release of ‘Khuda Hafiz: Chapter 2 – Agni Pariksha’. Written and directed by Farooq Kabir, the film also stars Shivaleeka Oberoi in a lead role. It is going to hit the theaters on 8th July 2022.

The first part of the film was released on an OTT platform in 2020. It received positive reviews from audiences and critics alike.
