Last month, Jacqueline Fernandez had shared a picture posing with action legend Jean-Claude Van Damme from Italy and US pop star Selena Gomez in Tuscany. This had led to chatter about the actress’ debut internationally. She has now finally spilled the beans on the speculations.
Reacting to the picture with Jean-Claude Van Damme, Jacquelineconfirmed that she recently shot a film with him in Italy.She told Filmfare that it was great to be able to work with such an icon and legend, a true action hero she has looked up to and grown up with his films.
She revealed that she and her family have a collection of all his films and they used to replay them all the time. She never thought in her wildest dreams that she would ever shoot a film with him. “But it is a great role and it is a fantastic script with action, drama and suspense all rolled into one. It has just been a great experience,” she added.Talking about her photo with Selena, Jacqueline said that she was lucky enough to meet the pop star on her trip to Italy while she was shooting for the film with Van Damme. She expressed that it was really great to meet such an amazing artiste. “She is just so down to earth and real and it was great to be able to just spend time with her and that was our meeting,” she added.
On the work front, Jacqueline will be seen with Sonu Sood in Fateh. The film follows a former gangster who is hired to guard a young woman named Jacqueline. In order to keep her safe, Fateh must employ all of his abilities while simultaneously attempting to learn the truth about the threats made against her. It is directed by Vaibhav Misra.
