SRINAGAR: The Amarnath Travel has resumed after three days from Jammu And Kashmir‘s Panjtarni, Sheshnag camps following improvement in Seasonofficials said on Sunday.
The development comes soon after reports of Yatra suspended for the third consecutive day on Sunday Due to bad weather in Jammu and Kashmir.
A batch of pilgrims was stopped at the Jammu base camp by the authorities on Sunday due to the closure of the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway.
After suspension of first journey, 6,000 Amarnath Officials said the Yatra pilgrims were stranded at Ramban.

At least 80 people from Karnataka were stuck at Panchtarni, six km from the Amarnath cave, due to adverse weather conditions, the Karnataka government said on Saturday.
Ramban Deputy Commissioner Musarrat Islam said the administration is taking all steps to ensure that the pilgrims do not face any problem.
“Amarnath Yatra was suspended yesterday due to bad weather… We have all facilities available for the pilgrims at ‘Yatri Niwas’. We are taking all possible steps to ensure that the pilgrims do not face any problem Don’t have to face.”
The official further informed that the Jammu Srinagar National Highway (NH44) is closed for vehicular traffic at Ramban due to landslides.
At least 67,566 pilgrims have visited the Amarnath cave shrine since the start of the yatra on July 1.
On 5 July, around 18,354 pilgrims left for the Amarnath cave shrine from both Baltal Base Camp and Nunwan Base Camp.
“These include 12483 men, 5146 women, 457 children, 266 sadhus and 2 sadhvis,” said an official statement earlier this week.
The total number of pilgrims who have visited since inception is 67566. More pilgrims will visit the temple in the coming days.”

According to an official spokesperson, the pilgrims are being assisted by state agencies and civic departments by providing all necessary things and facilities during their entire journey.
“All departments including Police, SDRF, Army, Paramilitary, Health, PDD, PHE, ULB, Information, Labour, Fire & Emergency, Education and Animal Husbandry have taken care of Sanjay’s overall requirements and arrangements by deploying their personnel. machinery,” it noted.

The Yatris are provided with complete facilities including langar, health facilities, assistance by service providers including Poniwala, Pithuwala, Dandiwala, sanitation and many other aids under the supervision of camp directors, the statement said.
Shri Amarnath Yatra, which will last for 62 days, will end on 31 August 2023.
