Jaya Bachchan talks about her actor-husband Amitabh Bachchan in the recent episode of ‘What The Hell Navya 2’.
In a recent promo of ‘What The Hell Navya 2’, Jaya Bachchan was seen calling her actor-husband Amitabh Bachchan her “best friend”. The promo, shared on the show’s official Instagram handle, began with Navya asking “If two people are just friends, is it correct to put romance in between a friendship?” Following this, Jaya talked about Amitabh and revealed that she does not hide anything from him.
“My closest friends are inside my house. It’s true, my husband is my best friend. I don’t hide anything from him,” the veteran actress said.
Following this, Navya talked about Jaya’s friends and continued, “When Nani’s friends come over, they get to talk to her in a certain way that we can’t talk to her in. And, I find it so funny because they tick her off in certain things.”
The promo also featured Navya’s mother Shweta Nanda who wondered why people keep saying ‘my daughter is my best friend’ or ‘my son is my best friend’. When Jaya asked her daughter, “Why can’t your children be your friends?” Shweta argued, “We are not friends. You are my mother, there are certain lines that I cannot cross with you. My children are my children and my friends are my friends.”
