Jharkhand: Request to send Jharkhand Reservation and Domicile Bill to the Center, Soren will meet the Governor today

In Jharkhand, the approval of the central government is pending on the 77 percent reservation and domicile bill. CM Hemant Soren will meet Governor Ramesh Bais in Ranchi today for the demand of sending these Bills to the Center. Soren has requested the MLAs of all the parties and independents of the state to reach the Raj Bhavan.

Both these bills have been passed by the Jharkhand Assembly. The Governor will be requested to send both these Bills to the Center for inclusion in the Ninth Schedule of the Constitution. After the approval of the Reservation Bill, the reservation in jobs in the state will increase to 77 percent. A delegation of Jharkhand leaders led by CM Soren will urge the governor to send both these bills to the Center for early approval.

In the larger public interest and interest of the State, the Chief Minister wants an all-party delegation to meet the Governor and request him to send these Bills to the Center at the earliest, so that they can be converted into laws at the earliest.
