actor Sooraj Pancholi was acquitted last week by special central bureau of investigation actress in court Zia Khanmurder case. She was found dead in June 2013 at her Juhu residence. Now the court has said in its order that it cannot be denied that Jia had suicidal tendencies.
The copy of the court order reads, ‘Of course, it is an unfortunate incident that a young girl has committed suicide. However, the evidence available on record shows that the deceased was a victim of her own emotions. She could not control her emotions. The deceased could always opt out of the relationship. However, she could not overcome her feelings and her love for the accused, for which the accused cannot be held responsible. It has come on record that at the relevant time, the accused was also pursuing a career in acting and admitted that he could not devote sufficient time to the deceased. However, earlier when the deceased attempted to commit suicide, the accused had saved her. He helped her come out of depression.”
The court has also taken Jiah Khan’s mother’s statements seriously. Rabia Khan Who is claiming that her daughter has been murdered, and how Rabia has not relied on any doctor, postmortem report or any witness’s opinion.
