Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s reputation as one of the most dependable actors in the film industry is well earned, and his films carry a certain certainty of being worth watching. Once again, he played the lead role in Jogira Sara Ra Ra, sharing the spotlight with Neha Sharma. Despite high anticipation surrounding the film’s release, early reports indicate a disappointing opening day performance.
As per trade reports, estimates suggest that Jogira Sara Ra Ra failed to cross Rs 1 crore mark at the box office with an estimated collection of Rs 40 lakhs on its first day. The film recorded an overall occupancy rate of 10.31 percent in the Hindi belt. However, the official figures are still pending and will provide a more accurate assessment of the film’s success.
In Jogira Sara Ra Ra, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Neha Sharma play the lead roles, backed by Naeem A Siddiqui from Touchwood Multimedia Creations as producer and Kiran Shyam Shroff as creative producer. Directed by Kushan Nandy, this family comedy also stars the talented Sanjay Mishra and Mahaakshay Chakraborty. Notably, Kushan and Nawazuddin had earlier collaborated in the 2020 film Babumoshai Bandookbaaz.
For those unfamiliar, Jogira Sara Ra Ra was initially scheduled to release on May 12. However, the release date was postponed due to the release of several competing films that weekend, with Kerala Story playing a key role in the decision.
