Ahead of his upcoming film Chandu Champion, Kartik Aaryan challenged international football to say a dialogue from his upcoming film.
Jointly produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and Kabir Khan, Kartik Aaryan’s ‘Chandu Champion’ is set to present the extraordinary tale of a sportsperson on the big screens. Amid the rising excitement for the film, Kartik took along the fever of the film across the boundaries as he challenged International footballer Harry Kane to speak a dialogue from the film.
Recently, Kartik Aaryan jetted off to the Bundesliga for a football match. On his visit to the city, the superstar received a sweet gesture from Harry Kane who plays as a striker for Bundesliga club Bayern Munich. The footballer gave an autographed jersey to the superstar. Further to this, as Kartik received the autographed jersey with immense gratitude, he challenged the footballer to say a dialogue from the film, that goes like, “Chandu Nahi Champion Hai Main”.
Recently, Kartik Aaryan announced through an Instagram post that he would fight a World Champion Sena Agbeko in the film. He posted a picture with the champion. In the picture, they can be seen sharing a laugh. Kartik, dressed in a sleevless shirt, appeared to be ripped and muscular. He wrote in the caption, “Gonna fight this Happy Beast tomorrow.@assassi_nation I hope he doesn’t remove his anger of The World Championship fight on me.” Sena Agbeko replied to Kartik’s post and wrote, “Happy beast is a nice way to put it. I know you can hold your own.”
Helmed by Kabir Khan, the film will be produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. Reportedly, the film is a sports drama.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Kartik Aaryan is currently shooting for the horror comedy film Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. Kartik’s character, Rooh Baba, takes centre stage as he propels the franchise to new heights. Whereas Vidya Balan, who previously won hearts as the OG Manjulika, will take the horror thrill a notch higher.
From Chandu Champion, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 to Aashiqui 3, the actor has an interesting lineup of films ahead of him. Now, a recent report has revealed that Kartik might collaborate with the veteran director Vishal Bhardwaj for a gritty thriller.
