Ranchi: The state government posted on Wednesday Kaushal Kishore Ranchi as the new Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) and East Singhbhum SSP Prabhat Kumar.
Kishor is currently serving as the SP of Jharkhand Armed Police Training Centre, Padma, while Kumar is the Ramgarh SP.
The Home, Jail and Disaster Management Department has issued a notification in this regard.
Additional Director General (ADG) of Crime Investigation Department (CID) Prashant Singh has been posted as ADG-Jharkhand Armed Police (JAP). ADG JAP Tadasha Mishra has been transferred as Special Secretary, Home, Jail and Disaster Management Department. Bokaro Inspector General (IG) Asim Vikrant Minj has been posted as IG CID. The present SSP of East Singhbhum M Tamil Vanan has been promoted to the post of Deputy Inspector General and posted in CID.
Nidhi Dwivedi, the commandant of JAP-VIII, will serve as the SP CID. SP Piyush Pandey of Jungle Warfare School has been posted as SP Ramgarh.
