Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra tied the knot on February 7 last year. They continued to keep their relationship private till they got married. Since then, they’ve been serving couple goals. Kiara and Sidharth fell in love on the sets of ‘Shershaah’. In a recent interview, Kiara reveals what made her get married to Sidharth.
She spoke about her bonding and love with her now husband and expressed during a chat with ABP news, “Every time I was with him, I just felt like I was home. That says a lot because I do come from a home where there is a lot of love, nurturing and pampering that happens there… all of us love each other. (Since) It is such a fulfilling home that I come from, when I felt the same thing with someone else, I just knew this was it.” The fact that she felt like home when with him, made Kiara sure that he was the one.
Kiara further added that marriage was a very organic decision. “There was never a moment or something specific that happened that made me think like that. It was very organic. It just happened. I believe I am good at balancing my personal and professional lives. I am all heart. If I want to do something, then I will go for it and I will manage everything else.”
Kiara also confessed that a lot of people judged her for getting married and felt that it was a big mistake as she made that choice during the peak of her career. But the actress feels thankful that the audience is changing and now she’s signed two big action films post her wedding.
It was announced recently that Kiara is the female lead for ‘Don 3’. Rumours are rife that she’s even signed ‘WAR 2’ toh an official announcement on that is yet to be made.
