Kids are shocked by father’s explanation of how sperm fertilize an egg

However, a biologist father has become an inspiration to many, as he has found a way to talk to his children about sperm and eggs. Biologist Leslie Samuel has shared a video on his Instagram. The video begins with one of the children asking the father ‘Can two sperm enter the egg’, to which the father replies that once a single sperm enters the egg, it can fertilize the egg. It hardens on the outside so that no other sperm can get in. Next, the father asks the children how sperm enters a woman, to which the child promptly replies ‘using sex’. The father points the camera at the TV as the children watch an animated video of a sperm fertilizing an egg. The caption of the post read, “When your father is a biologist”.

The video has garnered over 125k likes since being posted on November 2. This completely impressed the netizens.
