King Charles sends condolence message after Odisha train crash:

The accident is one of the deadliest in India in recent times

At least 275 people were killed and nearly 1,000 injured when the Coromandel Express derailed in Odisha’s Balasore district on Friday evening, resulting in three train accidents – the worst in the country in the last two decades.

Since the horrific tragedy, there has been an outpouring of condolences from all over the world for the victims. King Charles of Britain also sent a condolence message to President Draupadi Murmu on the death of people in three train accidents today.

King Charles said he and the Queen were “most shocked and saddened” by the “horrible accident” outside Balasore. “I would like to express my deepest condolences to the families of all those who have tragically lost their lives,” he said.
