Talking to reporters on Friday, Konardy expressed confidence of timely implementation of all the promised guarantees.
Those who could not do anything for the public during their tenure are doubting our governance. It takes a lot of time and preparation to implement all these promises. We urge people to give us time and cooperate with us to fulfill the guarantees.
Konradi, who joined the Congress from the JD(S) in December 2021, expressed his desire to become a minister for the first time and said he wanted the agriculture department.
“We have requested the party to consider new and young faces for the cabinet,” he said.
He also advocated the inclusion of former Chief Minister Jagadish Shettar in the cabinet.
Konarddy said, “It will be beneficial for the party if he makes use of his experience, it will be good for the party and the state.”
