In the photo, Kourtney just got tattooed on her husband’s arm, which is his initial “K” next to a cute little heart. “Some of my best work, Travis Barker,” the KUWTK alum wrote on the snap. This is the second tattoo by Kourtney on Travis. Last year he wrote ‘I love you’ on his arm. Barker is known for his full body tattoos. He had earlier elaborated on the importance of having a permanent design on his body. For him, getting a tattoo means documenting his life.
