Despite the dizzying meta-ness light yearThe film tells a funny origin story. The film begins with a title card that states that it was eight-year-old Andy Davis’ favorite film and that his Buzz Lightyear action figure is based on the film. So then you have a movie for the origin story of an action figure from one movie that was a kid’s favorite toy from another movie — gosh, stop the carousel, I wanna get off!

In toy story movies, part of the joke was that Buzz believed he was this heroic space ranger where no one has gone before, and not a toy. light year Time shows up to bow down to Buzz as a real hero, giving our heads another spin as we bounce with Buzz into alternate realities on the space-time continuum.
If, however, you are willing to put spiritual questions aside, light year Can be enjoyed as a fun adventure story with awesome animation. Lightyear (Chris Evans) and his commanding officer, Alisha (Uzo Aduba) land on a planet to find out whether it is habitable. They quickly find out that the planet is hostile because there is evil, evil vines swirling themselves around everything and everyone. As they flee the planet, their craft is damaged.
A year later, Lightyear tested hyperspace fuel, a key component to their flight. The fuel doesn’t work but Lightyear realizes he has time. So the four minutes that were for him became four years for the people sitting on the ground. After several years and flights, the hyperspace test has been successful but Lightyear found that the ground reality had changed radically.
light year There’s the right side of space adventure with laughs and thrills. The truth about the villainous Zerg (James Brolin) is once again revealed. Izzy (Keke Palmer), Moe (Taika Waititi) and Darby (Dale Soules), have fun as the last of the Defense Forces. Lightyear’s incessant race with the autopilot IVAN (Mary McDonald-Lewis) brings short waves of laughter.
And laughingly laughs Sox (Peter Sohn), the robot cat who can do anything from calibrating the right formula for hyperspace fuel to coughing up darts to stabilize the opposition. whereas light year Infinite doesn’t go beyond that, the sandwich idea of the filling on the outside and the bread in the center is definitely worth trying.
