Madhya Pradesh Election Results 2023 LIVE: Counting of votes for the MP election 2023 will begin at 8 am today, with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Congress being the top contenders and the former looking to retain power in the state. MP currently has BJP’s government with party leader Shivraj Singh Chouhan as the chief minister. The 2018 MP election results led to a hung assembly in which Congress emerged as the largest party with 114 seats, but failed to cross the majority mark of 116. This time, exit polls have predicted that BJP might be able to cross the majority mark in 230-seat MP comfortably.
