Malkapur pays last respects to Army jawan who died in Jammu and Kashmir helicopter crash

The mortal remains of Army jawan (technician) Pabballa Anil, who died in a helicopter crash in Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday, was on Saturday cremated with full military honors at his native village Malkapur in Boinpally mandal of Rajanna Sircilla district.

People from different walks of life participated in the funeral procession and paid rich tributes to the departed soldier during his final journey.

Amidst the slogans of ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’, a large number of people and bereaved family members paid their last respects in a somber atmosphere.

Civil Supplies Minister G Kamalakar, BJP state president and Karimnagar MP Bandi Sanjay, Chopdandi MLA S Ravi Shankar, Rajanna Sircilla Collector Anurag Jayanti and Superintendent of Police Akhil Mahajan were among those who paid their last respects.
