MLC accuses PM of guarantee schemes leading to bankruptcy | Mangaluru News – Times of India

Mangaluru: MLC Harish Kumar accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of copying the guarantee schemes implemented by the Congress govt in the state. The guarantee schemes of the state govt, led by Siddaramaiah, will not make the country bankrupt, but the guarantee schemes initiated by PM Modi could lead the nation into bankruptcy, he alleged.
He told reporters on Tuesday that it has been five years since the Pulwama attack took place.Former Jammu and Kashmir governor Satya Pal Malik has recently disclosed the truth about the Pulwama attack.
Surprisingly, despite the passage of time, no arrests have been made, and there has been no official inquiry into the matter. Malik has pointed fingers at PM Modi, alleging that his administration deliberately prevented any investigation from taking place. BJP is worried about defeat, he said.
Uttara Kannada MP Anantkumar Hegde has been repeatedly talking about the amendments to the Constitution. The MP had said that the party must secure 400 Lok Sabha seats to “rectify” the Constitution and undo the perceived harm caused by the Congress over the years. “Surprisingly, despite his controversial statements, no action has been initiated against him. However, if anyone criticises Prime Minister Modi a case is registered against them and why no action has been taken against MP Hegde,” he sought to know.
Further, the MLC said, “This is not the statement of MP Hegde. This is the hidden agenda of the BJP and one has to seriously think about it. If an MP talks like this, who will protect the Constitution? When an MP expresses such sentiments, it raises concerns about their commitment to safeguarding the Constitution and honouring the legacy of BR Ambedkar. The MP must be booked for sedition,” he demanded.
