As per the newly released NIRF rankings, on the combined metric for Placement and Higher Studies (GPH), MNNIT is 2nd best among all NITs and 7th best among all engineering colleges including IITs. MNNIT also fielded maximum number of offers and on the basis of average salary of students employed for the year 2021-22, MNNIT secured 3rd position among all NITs as per NIRF Data 2023.
A record-breaking 382 students were offered packages above Rs 20 lakh per annum (LPA), 114 were offered above Rs 30 LPA, 37 were offered above Rs 40. LPA and 33 above 50 LPA in 2023. Out of this, eight students bagged the highest domestic package of 82.63 LPA, while two students were presented with a prestigious international offer, thereby strengthening the global recognition of MNNIT graduates. More than 380 reputed companies have extended their trust to MNNIT by providing more than 1100 placement opportunities to their students.
