Aaliya and Nawazuddin Siddiqui are parents to two kids.
Aaliya Siddiqui was served with a deportation notice on Thursday, September 7.
The public spat between Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Aaliya Siddiqui on social media had made headlines earlier this year. It all started when Aaliya accused her estranged husband of abuse and rape, while also claiming that he misused his power. Aaliya had previously said that Nawazuddin had “disowned” their children, and she alleged that his mother, Mehrunisa, stopped her from entering his Mumbai home. Just when the dispute between the couple seemed settled down, it’s now being reported that Aaliya Siddiqui who is currently in Dubai with the kids, owing to their school education was served an evacuation notice from the officials.
As per a source to the portal ETimes, Aaliya Siddiqui was visited by Dubai Rental Disputes officials on September 7 with an evacuation notice. Not only that, Aaliya Siddiqui has also been served deportation notice from the Dubai government due to not being able to pay rent. It’s important to note that while Nawazuddin Siddiqui was specifically asked by the Bombay High Court to provide financial transactions, the Haddi actor has been unable to do so.
Hence, Aaliya Siddiqui has been asked to pay 27,183,00 dirhams, equal to the rental value. If she fails to do so, she will have to evacuate and she might also face legal consequences. In light of such a tricky situation, the portal has reported that Aaliya will be turning to the Indian Embassy in Dubai.
The former Bigg Boss OTT 2 contestant has previously told the portal, “I want him to have the Dubai house agreement changed in his name. He is going to be the provider and if anything goes wrong here for us, it will give us more security if he holds the reins.As for the money part, Nawaz has been now paying up as per the Court orders. I think we should settle the Agreement thing in this visit.”
Meanwhile, back in June, Aaliya introduced her new-lover to the world by dropping a picture with him on social media, “It has taken over 19 years to get out of the relationship that I treasured. But in my life, my children’s are my priority, they were always and they will be. However, there are few relationships that are bigger than and beyond friendship, and this relationship is the same relationship and I am very happy about the same hence shared my happiness with you all. Don’t I have the right to be happy?” she had written.
Aaliya Siddiqui was previously married to Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Before entering Bigg Boss OTT 2 house, their divorce battle caught everyone’s attention. The two levelled several allegations against each other. Aaliya claimed that Nawazuddin ‘disowned’ their children and alleged that the actor’s mother Mehrunisa harassed her by not giving her access to the actor’s Mumbai home. However, the Tiku Weds Sheru actress denied the charges and claimed that Aaliya only wanted money.
