Nick Jonas didn’t attend Parineeti Chopra’s engagement ceremony but made sure he sent best wishes to his sister-in-law and her future husband Raghav Chadha. Parineeti and Raghav got engaged in a small ceremony on Saturday night. The couple exchanged rings in the presence of their friends and family, which was followed by an engagement party. While Priyanka Chopra came to attend the celebrations, Nick could not make it.
However, Nick sent his love to the couple in the comments section. He commented, “Congratulations!” With a heart emoji. Fans responded to his comment, admitting that they miss their ‘international jiju’ at the bash. A fan commented, “@nickjonas roke pe que nahi jija ji.” Another fan asked, “@NickJonas jiju aap kyu nahi aaye.” Another added, “Would love to see you at the wedding.”
It looks like Nick Jonas will be missing the engagement due for the release of the Jonas Brothers’ new album, titled The Album. On Friday, Nick and his fellow Jonas Brothers band members Kevin Jonas and Joe Jonas released their new album. In addition to celebrating the new release, he was also seen hosting the TODAY concert on Friday and even sat down for an interview with the publication. All three are likely to participate in promotional activities.
Nick has bonded with Parineeti on several occasions. They often went out for holidays and Parineeti even joined the couple to celebrate Priyanka’s birthday. We can’t wait to see Nick and Raghav in the same frame.
Meanwhile, the ceremony took place at Kapurthala House in central Delhi and was attended by around 150 guests including Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas and members of the Chopra family. After the engagement news, Parineeti and Raghav shared similar pictures from the ceremony and announced their engagement.
