New Delhi: Chief Minister of Bihar Nitish Kumar will preside over the meeting of opposition party JD(U) leader Manjit Singh on Sunday said in Patna on June 12 amid fresh efforts to forge unity among non-BJP parties ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

they met Congress Chief Mallikarjuna Kharge and former party president Rahul Gandhi on 22 May, after which the Congress announced that a meeting of the “vast majority of non-BJP parties” would be held soon. This was his second meeting with the Congress in a month.
Kumar also met several leaders of regional parties and announced their support to the Aam Aadmi Party’s fight against the Centre’s recent Delhi Ordinance on Deregulation of Administrative Services.
There is no clarity about which parties will be involved in the meeting.
