This initiative, led by the Waltair Division of East Coast Railways, not only enhances the passenger experience but also creatively utilizes railway infrastructure to generate additional revenue. It’s expected to bring in Rs 75 lakh over the course of five years, contributing to the self-sustainability of the railway station.
