As the voting lines for the 2023 Oscars closed on Tuesday night, the Academy and ABC The network revealed Wednesday that this year’s nominations will be announced next week. Oscar winner Riz Ahmed and M3GAN star Allison Williams will host the event and announce the nominees on January 24.

Speaking of hosts, Ahmed won an Academy Award last year in the Best Live-Action Short Film category for The Long Goodbye. He was also nominated at the 2021 Oscar ceremony for his performance in Sound of Metal. He has also won an Emmy Award for The Night Of.
Williams, on the other hand, is known for her exceptional performances in projects including Jordan Peele’s Get Out, M3GAN, HBO’s acclaimed and award-winning series Girls, among others.
The Oscars 2023 Awards will take place on March 12 at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles. Jimmy Kimmel Will return as the host for the third time and enthrall the audience with his wit and humour.
