The 22-year-old said that she is very excited to start her Bollywood journey and added that everything in her life was about reaching this point. She said that before coming on the big screen, she is working very hard and trying to give her best in terms of preparation.
Though many believed that she would follow in her mother’s footsteps by starting her acting journey from TV, Palak said that Bollywood has always been on her mind. He told Hindustan Times, “My heart was always set on Bollywood. Whatever I am and whatever my family is, I owe it to television, but my heart and eyes were always on Bollywood.”
Talking about the expectations, Palak said, “It comes with all the pressures in the whole world. It comes with pressures that can break you down and crush you. But I am trying to make sure I don’t want it to overwhelm me. On the other hand, it comes with this overwhelming feeling of joy and gratitude. I’m trying to focus on the positive right now.
Palak also expressed her gratitude towards all the people who have played a vital role in helping her to be where she is today and thanked her for giving her the opportunity to live her dream. “I want to make everyone proud and let no one down,” she concluded.
