History of the Pataudi Palace
Constructed in 1900, Pataudi Palace has remained a cherished familial abode, passed down through generations of the respective lineage.From Iftikhar Ali Khan to his son, Mansoor Ali Khan, and eventually to Saif Ali Khan, the palace has witnessed the passage of time while preserving its timeless allure.
After Mansoor Ali Khan’s passing, maintaining the vast palace became challenging for the Nawab family. Consequently, from 2005 to 2014, they leased it to the Neemrana Hotel Group, relinquishing legal ownership. In 2014, an opportunity arose for Saif Ali Khan to reclaim ownership, transforming it into a cherished family vacation home.

Rs 800 crore. During the period from 2005 to 2014, it served as both a hotel and a holiday retreat under a 17-year lease arranged by Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, Saif Ali Khan’s father, with Francis Wacziarg and Aman Nath, owners of the Neemrana Hotels network.
