Paytm Fastag alternatives: List of all the banks where you can get your new FASTag | – Times of India

Amist the Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) guidelines, National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) has removed Paytm from the authorised Fastag provider list. Although, RBI has extended the deadline Paytm Payments Bank from February 29 to March 15, it has also clarified in an FAQ that Fastags are not interportable and customers will need to close PPBL issued Fastag accounts and seek refund. They will have to get a fresh Fastag from a different bank.
NHAI’s authorised Fastag provider list currently includes 32 banks and the Indian Highways Management Company (IHMCL) recommends users to purchase Fastags exclusively from banks included in the updated list.
