The film is touted to be an action drama directed by Trivikram Srinivas, whose last film Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo starring Allu Arjun was a huge hit. The film boasts of an exciting cast which includes Sreeleela, John Abraham and Jagapathi Babu. Guntur Karam is slated to release in 2024.
